Every Monday morning, the office of Wipro in Cologne, Germany, sees an unusual spectacle. Logging on to workstations are not just local employees based in the town; a small but growing number of employees from neighbouring countries of Poland, Romania and Portugal also form part of the flurry of office activity at the start of the week.
